Sleep and dream the
Night away
Hush my quiet fears
Angels in glory
Fly with my beloved 
Soldier tonight

Wild imaginings haunt
Endless hours of darkness
Wrapped snug in cotton
Cold without his warmth
Hush now...

All is safe
All is secure

Rest in peaceful repose
Your adored soldier is tucked
In your heart
And nestled in God's hands
